Privacy Policy
FeeDesk is built so that we never see your data. Here is exactly what that means.

The short version
FeeDesk is built so that we never see your data. There is no FeeDesk account, no server of ours and no analytics. What you enter stays on your device and, if iCloud Sync is on, in your own private iCloud.
What the app stores
On your device only: your profile, your students' and guardians' names and contact details, photos you add, classes, attendance, fees, payments and expenses, and your app settings.
What we collect
Nothing. FeeDesk does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data. It contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking.
Your students' information
You decide what you enter and you are responsible for it. You should have permission from students or their guardians to keep their details, and you should follow the data protection and child privacy laws that apply to you. This can include India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR or COPPA, depending on where you teach.
When data leaves the app
Only when you choose. Sending a reminder opens WhatsApp, Messages or Mail with text you can review. Sharing a receipt, report or backup hands the file to the app or location you pick. Those services have their own privacy policies. The Apple EULA page loads from apple.com.
Purchases
FeeDesk Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment, and we never see your card, bank or Apple Account details. The app only asks Apple, on your device, whether Pro is active. Apple's own privacy policy covers your purchases.
iCloud Sync
When iCloud Sync is on, your records and settings are stored in your private iCloud database and on your devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Apple stores and encrypts this data under its own privacy policy. We can't see or access it. Turn sync off in Settings > iCloud.
Device backups
If iCloud Backup or a computer backup is on for your device, iOS may include the app's data in that backup. Backup files you export are not encrypted, so keep them somewhere safe.
Permissions
Photos: only the picture you pick, through the system picker. Contacts: only the people you pick, through the system picker. Face ID: checked by iOS, and we never receive your biometric data. Notifications: created on your device.
Keeping and deleting data
Data stays until you delete it. Delete single records in the app or use Settings > Erase All Data, which also removes them from iCloud when sync is on. Deleting the app removes data from that device only. Files you exported are yours to delete.
Children
FeeDesk is meant for teachers, not for children to use. It may hold details of minors entered by a teacher, and these never reach us.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
